WHO CAN APPLY?

Muslim Students (Boys & Girls) who have taken admission to 1st year for academic year 2024-2025 in following Professional Courses – BE/B.Tech, B.Arch, MBBS, BUMS, BAMS, BHMS, B.V.Sc, BSc Agriculture, B.Sc Forestry, B.Pharma, BSc Nursing, BDS (Dental), BPT (Physiotherapy) & B.Sc (Allied Health) on merit basis through NEET 2024 & K-CET 2024 Counselling only.
Students who have taken admission to 1st year for academic year 2024-2025 in Law Courses (BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB & LLM), Journalism Courses - BA (Journalism) MA / MS (Journalism / Mass Communication) & Education Courses ( BA B.Ed / BSc B.Ed / B.Ed).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

1. For MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS - NEET 2024 All India Medical rank within 5 Lakhs.
2. For B.V.Sc - KCET 2024 Veterinary Rank within 1 Lakh.
3. For BE / B.Tech - KCET 2024 Engineering rank within 1 Lakh.
4. For B.Pharma - KCET 2024 Pharmacy rank within 1 Lakh.
5. For B.Sc Nursing, BPT (Physiotherapy) & B.Sc (Allied Health) - Admission through KEA 2024 Only.
6. For Law & Journalism Courses - Minimum 75% in previous annual exam.
7. For BA B.Ed / BSc B.Ed / B.Ed - Minimum 75% in previous annual exam.
8. The annual income of parents/guardian should not be more than Rs.2.5 Lakh.
9. Student must be eligible to receive Zakat Amount.
10. Separate funds have been reserved for poor & deserving “SYED” Students.

DOCUMENTS TO BE KEPT READY BEFORE STARTING TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION:

1. Recent Color Passport Size Photograph
2. Marks Sheet - SSLC / 10th Std
3. Marks Sheet - 2nd PUC / 12th Std
4. Marks Sheet - Final Semester of UG (Only for PG Students)
5. NEET 2024 Hall Ticket (If Applicable)
6. KCET 2024 Hall Ticket (If Applicable)
7. NEET 2024 / KCET 2024 / DIET / University Admission Order (If Applicable)
8. Student Aadhaar Card
9. Bank Passbook First Page / Cancelled Cheque
10. BPL Card of Family (If Applicable)
11. Income Certificate or Income & Caste Certificate issued by Revenue Department
12. Fee Paid Receipt (Partial/Full Payment) of Current Year 2024-2025
13. In case of persons with special needs – Disability certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka or issued by registered Doctor on letterhead
14. In case of orphans – Death certificate of parent

VERIFICATION, SELECTION & GRANT OF SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS:

1. Online Scholarship Applications received will be scrutinized by Danish Education Trust.
2. Documents uploaded online will be verified with the hard copy of the documents received.
3. Shortlisted students will be verified / interviewed via House Verification / Video Call / House Visit.
4. Panel of Trustees will do the final selection based on merit & financial background of the student.
5. Few of the Selected Students will be invited for the Scholarship Program in Bangalore.
6. Rest of the Selected Students will get their Scholarship Amount via Online Transfer to their Bank Account.
